GUIDELINES FOR RESIDENTS

1. Applicability

These guidelines shall apply to all members, associate members, tenants, occupants, and visitors of The County Address, managed by this Cooperative Society registered under the Karnataka Cooperative Societies Act, 1959.

2. Use of Plots and Buildings

Plots and buildings shall be used only for residential purposes unless otherwise permitted by law and the Society.

3. Compliance with Laws and Bye-laws

All residents shall comply with the Society's bye-laws, provisions of KCSA, 1959, rules 1960 and applicable statutory regulations.

4. Construction, Alterations, and Renovations

No construction, alteration, or renovation shall be undertaken without approval of the competent authority and prior written permission of the Society.

5. Maintenance and Cleanliness

Residents shall maintain their premises and adjoining areas in a clean and hygienic condition and follow waste management rules.

6. Common Areas and Amenities

Members shall inform the Society of tenant details along with police verification report and shall be responsible for their conduct and compliance.

Residents shall ensure that visitors follow all Society rules and guidelines.

13. Grievances and Disputes

Complaints shall be submitted in writing to the Society and resolved as per bye-laws and KCSA, 1959 and rules 1960.

14. Penalties and Enforcement

Violation of these guidelines may attract penalties, recovery of damages, or legal action as per Society resolutions.

15. Amendments

These guidelines may be amended or modified by a resolution passed in the General Body Meeting of the Society.
